Bio-Zyme is an enzyme based cleaner and degreaser and deodoriser.
GREASER CONVERTER
In new systems ass one litre of Bio-Zyme Industrial directly into grease converter. Programme Digi Dosing 10 pump to injext 100mls of Bio-Zyme Industrial per 300L of holding capacity at end of each business day.
GREASE TRAP
At lowest period of use add 5L of Bio-Zyme Industrial for every one cubic metre of grease trap capacity. Add directly to the trap or into any drains leading into the trap. Follwo with 5L of warm water. If added directly into grease trap, spray the trap surfaces with Bio-Zyme Industrial to eliminate and odour that may be present.
Each day thereafter, at lowesr use period, add 200-400ml of Bio-Zyme Industrial for every cubic metre of grease trap capacity.
